9月10日讯 此前沙特媒体报道，利雅得胜利将解雇现任主教练卡斯特罗，意大利人皮奥利将接过教鞭。
《进球网》表示，这可能让皮奥利的老东家AC米兰“获利”。23-24赛季结束后，皮奥利离开米兰帅位，但是双方的合同至2025年夏天才会到期，因此红黑军团仍在为这位冠军主帅支付工资，皮奥利的年薪为400万欧元。如果皮奥利签约利雅得胜利，米兰就无需继续向他支付工资。
2019年10月，皮奥利成为AC米兰主帅。21-22赛季，他带领米兰夺得意甲冠军。
